为了研究易危植物芒苞草种子的萌发特性,探寻适宜的萌发策略,实验设置了不同的光照、温度条件,并用不同种类和浓度的生长激素处理种子,分析不同处理组的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。实验结果表明,温度和光照对芒苞草种子萌发的影响最为显著,温度是决定性因素;25℃、12h/12h光照条件下芒苞草种子的发芽势、发芽指数最高;三种植物激素中,10mg/L的GA3对芒苞草种子萌发的促进效果最显著。实验得出的最佳处理组是用10mg/L的GA3溶液处理种子并将其置于20℃、12h/12h光照条件中培养,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别为93%、50%、24。78。
Effect on different treatments on seed germination of Acanthochlamys bracteata
To study the germination characteristics of Acanthochlamys bracteata seeds and explore the appropriate germination strategy,different light and temperature conditions were set in the experiment,and the seeds were treated with different types and concentrations of growth hormones,and the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of different treatment groups were analyzed.The experimental results showed that temperature and light had the most significant effects on A.bracteata seed germination,and temperature was the determining factor.The germination potential and germination index of A.bracteata seeds were the highest under 25℃ and 12 h/12 h light conditions.Among the three plant hormones,10 mg/L of GA3 had the most significant effects on the promotion of A.bracteata seed germination.The best treatment group was the seeds treated with 10 mg/L GA3 solution and incubated in 20 ℃,12 h/12 h light conditions,and the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index were 93%,50%,and 24.78,respectively.
