科学掌握野生动物的空间分布特征及影响因素对于物种的精细化保护具有重要意义。红腹角雉(Tragopan temminckii)为我国特有的国家二级重点保护野生动物,具有较高的保护地位和科研价值。2019年5月~2022年 8月,按照公里网格法在四川小寨子沟国家级自然保护区及周边临近区域布设红外相机,以期利用监测数据来评估红腹角雉的空间分布格局。研究期间共计 320个有效相机监测位点,覆盖 197个公里网格,共计约 95 600个有效相机工作日,共在 77个公里网格下拍摄到红腹角雉活动影像,独立有效记录 608次。研究发现,红腹角雉的网格占有率为 39。09%,不同功能区域均有分布和集群活动,集群数量为(2~3只);红腹角雉的平均探测率为 0。12,平均占域率为 0。13,占域率随着距居民点的距离(β=-0。287,SE=0。283)的增大而减小,随着 NDVI(β=0。057,SE=0。179)的增大而增大,探测率随着 NDVI(β=0。023,SE=0。109)和海拔(β=0。016,SE=0。096)的增大而增大;红腹角雉在 6种植被类型下均记录到其分布,在落叶阔叶林(1。00)与常绿、落叶阔叶混交林(0。60)下的拍摄率最高;红腹角雉在保护区的分布海拔跨度为1 518~3 543 m,在1 518~2 000 m海拔段拍摄率最高(1。14)。在分析结果基础上,利用ArcGIS软件同步绘制了保护区全域公里网格下的独立有效记录分布图、单网格集群分布图、占域分布图,直观展现物种的具体分布情况,也助力物种的精细化保护与管理。
Spatial distribution pattern of Tragopan temminckii in Xiaozhaizigou National Nature Reserve,Sichuan Province
Scientific understanding of the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of wild animals is of great significance for the fine conservation of species.Temminck's Tragopan(Tragopan temminckii)is a national second-class key protected wild animal and a unique bird species in China,within high protection status and scientific research value.From May 2019 to August 2022,infrared cameras were deployed in Xiaozhaizigou National Nature Reserve and its surrounding areas according to the kilometer grid method,in order to use the monitoring data to evaluate the spatial distribution pattern of T.temminckii.A total of 320 active camera monitoring sites were studied,covering 197 km grid,with a total of about 95,600 active camera working days.During the study period,a total of 77 km grid were used to capture the moving images of T.temminckii,and a total of 608 times were recorded independently and effectively.The results showed that the grid occupation rate of T.temminckii was 39.09%,and there were distribution and cluster activities in different functional areas and the number of clusters was(2-3).The average detection rate was 0.12,and the average occupancy rate was 0.13.The occupancy rate decreased with the increase of the distance from the settlement(β=-0.287,SE=0.283),but increased with the increase of NDVI(β=0.057,SE=0.179),and the detection rate increased with the increase of NDVI(β=0.023,SE=0.109)and elevation(β=0.016,SE=0.096).The distribution of T.temminckii was recorded in 6 vegetation types,and the highest capture rate was recorded in deciduous broad-leaved forest(1.00)and mixed evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forest(0.60).The distribution altitude of T.temminckii in the reserve ranged from 1518 to 3 543 m,with the highest shooting rate(1.14)at the altitude of 1 518 to 2 000 m.Based on the analysis results,ArcGIS software was used to draw the independent and effective record distribution map,single grid cluster distribution map and territorial distribution map of the whole kilometer grid in Xiaozhaizigou National Nature Reserve simultaneously,which visually demonstrated the specific distribution of species and also helped the fine protection and management of species.
