摘要
本文利用国家站和区域自动站降水观测数据,对 2023年 8月 10日松潘县强降水天气过程的降水特点进行分析,并对预报、预警、叫应等服务开展情况进行归纳总结和思考.结果表明:2023年8月10日强降水是松潘县本年度最强天气过程,具有强降水时段集中(10日 21时—11日 02时)、降水强度大(最大值 30.3 mm/h)、影响区域广(全县范围)等特点;需从预报预警的准确性、气象信息的及时性、灾害性天气的监测能力、业务人员专业水平、台站和部门间联动、气象工作宣传等多方面入手,综合提升气象服务能力和水平.
Abstract
The heavy precipitation on August 10 was the strongest weather process in Songpan County in 2023,which was character-ized by a concentrated period of heavy precipitation(from 21:00 on August 10 to 02:00 on August 11),a large rainfall intensity(maxim-um 30.3 mm/h),and wide impact area(the whole county).This paper analyzed the characteristics of the heavy rainfall and introduced the meteorological service before and during the heavy rainfall.It is necessary to comprehensively improve the meteorological service ability and level from the accuracy of forecast and warning,the timeliness of meteorological information,the monitoring ability of severe weath-er,the professional level of operational personnel,the interaction between stations and departments,and the publicity of meteorological work,and so on.
