基于云闪引起自动气象站故障分析

本文对 2021年 9月 3日安岳国家基本气象站雷击事故现场进行勘察测试,结合天气环流形势、雷暴潜势分析、雷达回波及雷电监测资料,分析雷击原因并提出相应的整改方案.结果表明:此次雷击事件是9月3日01:24的云闪引发闪电感应,观测设备防雷装置因不规范不到位被过压(流)损坏,导致自动气象站的主、备份HY3000数据采集器出现故障.当务之急是对本站进行雷电灾害风险评估,按照防雷规范要求进行设计和施工,以整体防御,层层防护为原则,定期做好日常维护和检查保养,发现问题及时解决,构建科学合理的雷电防护体系.
Automatic weather station is a type of equipment that can automatically collect and transmit meteorological observation data.It is mainly composed of precision electronic devices,with high integration and low voltage resistance.It is relatively sensitive and fragile.It is usually located in open areas in the wild,with no tall buildings around it,and is highly susceptible to lightning strikes.There-fore,it is significant to carry out lightning strike accident analysis of automatic weather stations,improve lightning defense measures of automatic weather stations,and ensure the normal collection and uploading of automatic weather stations.In this paper,the lightning acci-dent site of Anyue National Basic Meteorological Station on September 3,2021 is investigated and tested.Combined with the weather cir-culation situation,thunderstorm potential analysis,radar echo and lightning monitoring data,the causes of lightning strike are analyzed and the corresponding rectification schemes are put forward.The results show that the lightning strike event was caused by lightning induction caused by cloud lightning at 01:24 on September 3.The lightning protection device of the observation equipment was damaged by over-voltage(flow)due to non-standard and inadequate,resulting in the failure of the main and backup HY3000 data collector of the automatic weather station.It is imperative to carry out lightning disaster risk assessment on this station,design and construct according to the require-ments of lightning protection specifications,take overall defense and layer-by-layer protection as the principle,regularly do daily mainten-ance and inspection and maintenance,find problems and solve them in time,and build a scientific and reasonable lightning protection system.
