地聚物混凝土动力学特性和微观机理研究

为研究不同配合比对地聚物混凝土(GC)性能的影响,模型试验运用霍普金森压力杆(SHPB)装置对含不同粉煤灰、矿渣和硅粉掺量比的GC进行了系列动态力学试验,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其微观结构进行分析.研究结果表明静载状态下矿渣或硅粉掺量较高的试件易获得更优的力学特性,而在动态荷载压缩试验中,含硅粉含量5%、矿渣含量45%的GC-2试件动态力学响应最优,DIF应变率敏感性也较高.研究成果对地聚物混凝土的掺混比具有一定的参考价值.
Study on Dynamic Characteristics and Micro-mechanism of Geopolymer Concrete
In order to investigate the effect of mix proportions on the performance of geopolymer concrete(GC),a series of dynamic mechanical model tests were carried out on GC with different fly ash,slag and silica fume content ratios by using Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)device,and the microstructure of geopoly-mer concrete was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that specimens with higher slag or silica fume content under static load are easy to obtain better mechanical properties,while GC-2 specimens with 5%silica fume content and 45%slag content have the best dynamic mechanical re-sponse and high DIF strain rate sensitivity in dynamic compression test.The research results have certain ref-erence value for the mixing ratio of geopolymer concrete.
