Research on Determining Sliding Time of the Slipform of the Surge Shaft Based on the Strength-age Relationship Curve of Concrete within 20 Hours
Concrete strength is a very important technical parameter in the process of slipform construction of surge shaft in water conservancy and hydropower engineering, and it is the basis for controlling the sliding speed of slipform, and also the precondition for the lifting of slipform. In this paper,by testing the compressive strength of concrete samples on site, and linear regression analysis is adopted to obtain the relationship curve between time and compressive strength within 20 hours of the concrete mixture.According to the relationship formula, the continuous strength of the concrete in the surge shaft can be derived with time, thereby judging whether the sliding mode meets the lifting strip requirements and determining the lifting time. The adoption of this method reduces the sampling frequency, reducing the detection time and the detection cost, and more con-veniently and quickly calculating whether the concrete strength meets the sliding rise requirement of the slip-form at the construction site.
