随着城市工业化的加速和基础设施建设的日益复杂化,如何高效、安全地进行基础设施建设成为了工程领域的核心挑战.笔者以太忻经济区大孟产业新城防洪工程施工六标项目为例,深入研究框架涵下穿技术在复杂地下环境和多种交叉管线情况下的应用.通过大量的现场实验和观测,验证了框架涵下穿技术的实用性和可靠性,并总结了施工过程中的关键技术和管理经验.研究结果表明,框架涵下穿技术为现代城市基础设施建设提供了一个有效、安全和经济的解决方案,为同类工程和未来的研究提供了重要的参考和启示.
Research on Construction Technology of Underpassing Pipeline Support of Frame Culvert
With the acceleration of urban industrialization and the increasing complexity of infrastructure con-struction,how to efficiently and safely carry out infrastructure construction has become a core challenge in the engineering field.In this paper,taking the Sixth Bid Construction Project of Dameng Industrial New City Flood Control in Taixin Economic Zone as an example,the application of frame culvert underpassing technology in complex underground environment and multiple crossing pipelines is studied in depth.Through a large number of field experiments and observations,the practicability and reliability of the frame culvert underpassing tech-nology are verified,and the key technologies and management experience in the construction process are sum-marized.The research results show that the frame culvert underpass technology provides an effective,safe and economical solution for modern urban infrastructure construction,and provides important reference and inspira-tion for similar projects and future research.
