昌波水电站长大引水隧洞施工期通风方式研究

昌波水电站引水隧洞总长约22.1 km,单洞长约11.1 km,在2、3号施工支洞控制段中独头掘进最大长度分别达到了3.31 km、3.70 km(含支洞长度),且主洞开挖断面直径达到14.2~15.0 m.通过施工期需风量计算,增设通风井可有效减少隧洞送风距离,但通风井长度较长且仅在部分隧洞段施工时运行,因此在施工通风设计方案中是否增设通风井成为通风设计的关键问题.通过混合式机械通风、风道式通风两个方案经济技术比选,选定风道式通风方案更具经济技术合理性,为以后类似工程设计提供参考.
Study on Ventilation Methods during the Construction Period of Long and Large Headrace Tunnel of Changbo Hydropower Project
The total length of the headrace tunnel in Changbo Hydropower Project is about 22.1 km,with each single tunnel length of about 11.1 km.In the control section of the adit 2#and adit 3#,the maximum length of one-way excavation reached 3.31 km and 3.70 km(including adit length),respectively,and the di-ameter of the excavation section of the main tunnel has reached 14.2 m~15.0 m.Through the calculation of the air demand for the construction period,the additional ventilation shafts can effectively reduce the distance of tunnel air supply,but the long lengths of ventilation shafts only operate during partial tunnel construction.Whether to add additional ventilation shafts has become a key issue in ventilation design.This article compares in the economic and technical aspects for mixed mechanical ventilation and duct ventilation,and the duct venti-lation scheme is selected as more economically and technically reasonable,which can provide reference for simi-lar engineering designs.
