Discussion on the Management Practice of Preliminary Work of Changbo Hydropower Project
The preliminary management of hydropower projects is the initial stage of project construction and operation management,which is directly related to the smooth implementation of the project,engineering con-struction management,investment control,and economic and social benefits.In the preliminary management practice of Changbo Hydropower Station,the ideas and requirements for project approval under the new situa-tion were re-sorted,and discussions and reflections were made on further strengthening and improving the pre-liminary management work,which played a positive role in project approval.Its early management experience has positive reference significance for subsequent development projects.
