引江济巢段位于引江济淮工程菜子湖线,其工程内容包括16.091 km长的河渠扩挖、河道边坡衬砌及两岸堤防加固(退建)等.渠道衬砌属于薄壁素混凝土结构,受外界天气环境影响较大,容易出现裂缝问题.阐述了结合工程实际对渠道衬砌裂缝产生原因进行的分析,通过试验总结出一种用于裂缝修补的高渗透改性环氧树脂砂浆注浆处理措施并予以应用,取得了较好的效果,保证了混凝土衬砌面板的质量,使其更好地发挥了工程效益.
Crack Repair Technology for Lining Panels of Water Diversion Channels
The Diversion of water from Yangtze river to Chaohu section is located in the Caizihu line of Yangtze River to Huaihe River Diversion Project.The project mainly includes:16.091km river channel expansion,river side slope lining and embankment reinforcement(reconstruction)on both banks.The lining of the channel be-longs to a large-volume thin-walled plain concrete structure,which is greatly influenced by the external weather environment and prone to crack problems.Combining with the engineering practice,this paper analyzes the causes of cracks in the channel lining,and summarizes a grouting treatment measure of high permeability modi-fied epoxy resin mortar,which ensures the quality of the concrete lining panel and gives full play to the engi-neering benefits.
