李家岩水库输水管道Ⅲ标在灌温路与老成灌路顶管施工过程中发现,因顶管施工环境处于砂卵石地层中导致安全风险突出,易发生塌方掉块进而严重威胁到洞内顶管施工作业人员的生命安全.在此背景下,研发了一种能够在地下钢管内通过无线电遥控的方式控制施工机械施工的方法、使施工部位处于无人的顶管施工技术,其主要原理是通过高频高功率无线电控制机械设备;利用超高功率图传技术收集施工环境中的声、光及现场状态等数据;再通过收集到的数据并将其反馈到地面操作室,由地面操作员做出反应的一种高穿透性高功率实时图传遥感控制技术,该技术对同类顶管工程施工具有借鉴意义.虽然该技术暂未得到应用,但该技术本身能为后续类似项目提供解决安全隐患的参考方案.
Research on Construction Technology of Unmanned Pipe Jacking
During the construction of the water pipeline Ⅲ of Lijiayan Reservoir between Guanwen Road and old Chengguan Road,it is found that the safety risk is prominent because the construction environment of pipe jacking is in the sand and gravel stratum,which is prone to collapse and falling block,seriously threatening the life safety of construction personnel in the pipe jacking hole.In this context,a method of controlling construc-tion machinery in underground steel pipe by means of radio remote sensing is proposed to make the pipe jack-ing construction technology dangerously unmanned.The main principle is to control mechanical equipment by high frequency and high-power radio.Ultra-high power graph transmission technology is used to collect sound,light,construction site status and other data in construction environment.Then the collected data is fed back to the ground operation room and reflected by the ground operator,which is a real-time remote sensing control technology with high penetration and high power.This technology has a popularization and reference significance in similar pipe jacking projects.
