Construction Technology for Installation,Tensioning and Separation of Large Diameter PCCP Pipe
The prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP tube for short)is a kind of composite material with high strength,high permeability and high sealing.It has the advantages of being able to withstand high load in-side and outside,strong water permeability,good corrosion resistance,long service life,good adaptability to foundation and good comprehensive social benefits.It is widely used in various fields of municipal engineering.The large diameter PCCP pipeline is not only self-heavy,long pipe section,high installation accuracy require-ments,but also during pipeline installation,its socket docking accuracy requirements are high,if the socket doc-king cannot meet the design and specification requirements,it needs to be separated and installed again,which is time-consuming and laborious.The PCCP pipe is often used in urban water transmission project,which has the characteristics of high pressure and large flow.Once the pipe joint falls off during operation,serious conse-quences will be caused.In order to ensure the quality of pipeline construction and operation safety,the control of pipeline installation accuracy is particularly important.The conventional PCCP pipe installation is carried out by large-tonnage crane,which takes up a long time,has low efficiency and low installation accuracy,and of-ten has rework.The auxiliary installation equipment of PCCP pipe in this project reduces the use time of large-tonnage crane,and has the characteristics of high installation efficiency,high precision and high one-time ac-ceptance rate.
