Construction Technology of Internal and External Joint Treatment of Large Diameter PCCP Pipeline
Lijiayan Reservoir Water Pipeline Project is located in Chengdu Plain.It adopts pressure gravity flow to transport water in the whole line with double pipe laying.The total length of the axis is 10.08 km,among which the length of PCCP pipe is 7.3 km.The construction speed of the inner and outer joints of PCCP pipe interface is slow and the construction quality is not easy to control.In order to solve this problem,a flexible grouting belt is used in the grouting template for the outer joint of the pipeline,and a special container is made to control the grouting mix.In addition to controlling the mix ratio of polysulfide sealant,the movable trolley is used to improve the filling efficiency and reduce the safety risks of limited space operation.
