Influence of HB7-30 Early Strength Admixture on the Shotcrete Performance
In this paper,the influence of HB7-30 early strength admixture on workability,setting time,compres-sive strength,electric flux and rebound rate of concrete was studied.The test results show that when 10%ear-ly strength admixture is added,the slump loss of shotcrete in 2 hours is less than 15mm,the setting time is sig-nificantly shortened,the compressive strength in 3 hours is more than 3MPa,the strength in 8 hours is more than 10 MPa,the electric flux amplitude is reduced by 56%,and the rebound rate of shotcrete is reduced by 60%.
