磷渣粉对硅酸盐水泥凝结时间和早期强度的影响及调控

采用浸泡的处理方式,研究了磷渣粉颗粒表面的可溶性氟、磷对硅酸盐水泥凝结时间和强度的影响.基于工艺可行性和经济性,采用钙基沉淀剂共置堆存的方法对磷渣粉进行了处理,测试了其凝结时间和活性指数,结合SEM分析了磷渣颗粒表面微观形貌的变化.研究结果表明:浸泡可以消除磷渣粉的缓凝效果并能提升其1 d和3 d活性,但对其7 d活性的影响程度有限;共置堆存后,掺磷渣粉水泥的凝结时间与纯水泥相同,1 d活性提升至50%、3 d活性提升至60%、7 d活性提升至73%.
Effect and Regulation of Grind Granulated Phosphorus Slag on Setting Time and Early Strength of Portland Cement
The effect of soluble fluorine and phosphorus on the surface of the grind granulated phosphorus slag(GGPS)particles on the setting time and strength of Portland cement was studied by immersing.Based on the feasibility and economy of the process,after co-storage of GGPS with calcium-based precipitant,the setting time and activity index were tested,and the micromorphology of the surface of phosphorus slag particles was analyzed by SEM.The results show that immersion can eliminate the retarding effect of GGPS and improve its 1d and 3d activity,but the effect on the 7d activity is little.After co-stacking,the setting time of cement mixed with GGPS was the same as that of pure cement,and the activity increased to 50%in 1d,60%in 3d and 73%in 7d.
