盾构施工法在我国城市地铁建设中已得到广泛应用.盾构始发时需要在竖井内安装反力架用于抵抗始发时产生的盾构反推力.依托实际工程,利用有限元软件ANSYS对盾构始发时反力架及竖井内车站结构进行建模,分析了在盾构始发反推力作用下,反力架与车站结构的受力特点,旨在为实际施工时对其重点监测部位及项目提出相关建议,保障盾构安全始发.
Force Analysis of Starting Reaction Frame of Shield Machine and Station Structure
The shield construction method is widely used in the construction of urban subways in China.When the shield starts,it is necessary to install a reaction frame in the shaft to resist the reverse thrust of the shield.Relying on the actual projects,this paper uses the finite element software ANSYS to model the initial reaction force frame and the station structure in the shaft,and analyzes the force characteristics of the reaction frame and the station structure under the initial reverse thrust of the shield,aiming to put forward relevant recom-mendations on key monitoring locations and projects to ensure the safe start of shields.
