Discussion on Construction Quality Control of Emery Wear-resistant Floor
Emery wear-resistant floor is composed of granular mineral alloy aggregate,special cement,admixture and additives,evenly spread on the surface of concrete before the initial setting,and grinding processing after the concrete reaches strength,so that it forms a whole with the concrete floor,enhancing the wear resistance and impact resistance of the concrete floor.It greatly improves the density of concrete,reduces dust,increases the oil resistance of the ground,and forms a high-density,easy to clean,and anti-penetration floor.It is con-structed together with the concrete floor,which has the advantages of short period,less dust than the non-me-tallic hardened ground,better impact resistance,and the anti-static effect.The use of emery wear-resistant floor is very widespread in industrial plants,docks,public buildings and residential buildings.This paper focu-ses on the quality control in the construction stage.
