Development of Functional Foods and the New Requirements for Nutrition Labeling
Recent about 20 years,Functional Food developed in high speed around world.Several important points are reviewed,such as the origin and definition of functional food,the developing situation in domestic and oversea,some critical points existing in the development and the new requirements for nutrition labeling.
