人参养生酒对小鼠免疫功能调节作用的研究

本文研究了以红参/白参为主要原料的养生酒对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用.结果显示红/白参养生酒对小鼠免疫器官指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力和迟发型变态反应没有显著影响(P>0.05).而白参高浓度养生酒和红参低浓度养生酒组的NK杀伤能力均显著高于基酒组(P<0.05);红参养生酒组的淋巴细胞增殖能力均显著高于基酒组(P<0.05).在体液免疫实验中,红参高浓度养生酒组的抗体生成和血清溶血素水平均低于红参低浓度组的.红参低浓度(45 mg/mL)养生酒具有调节免疫功能的作用.
Immunomodulatory Effects of Ginseng Healthcare Liqueur on Mice
This research studied the immunomodulatory effects of healthcare liqueur with red/white ginseng as the primary raw material.Results showed that red/white ginseng healthcare liqueur had no significant effect on immune organ index,peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and delayed allergic reaction of mice(P>0.05).While the NK killing ability of the high concentration-white ginseng healthcare liqueur,and low concentration-red ginseng healthcare liqueur groups were significantly higher than that of the base liqueur group(P<0.05);the lymphocyte proliferation ability of both low and high concentration-red ginseng healthcare liqueur groups were significantly higher than that of the base liqueur group(P<0.05).In the humoral immunity tests,the antibody production and serum hemolysin level of high concentration-red ginseng healthcare liqueur group were lower than those in low concentration-red ginseng healthcare liqueur group.In conclusion,the low concentration-red ginseng healthcare liqueur(45 mg/mL)has immune regulation effect.
