摘要
数智化转型背景下,产业升级、跨界融合现象日益显现,迫切要求培养符合时代需求的复合型人才.本文探析了基于产教融合的复合型人才培养模式,为全面实现复合型人才培养增值赋能,对推动经济社会高质量发展具有重要作用.
Abstract
The phenomenon of industrial upgrading and cross-border integration has become increasingly apparent under the wave of digital intelligence,which was an urgent to cultivate compound talents met the needs of The Times.The paper probed into the training mode of compound talents based on the integration of industry and education,which plays an important role in realizing the value-added ability of compound talents training and promoting the high-quality development of economy and society.
