摘要
"保健食品概论"课程对提升学生职业道德素养与人文素养起到至关重要的作用.本文从该课程的课程特点与学生特点出发,探讨"四环课程"原理下课程思政元素融入教学全过程的教学新模式,丰富教学活动、优化课程思政评价体系,以充分发挥课程思政育人功能,落实立德树人根本任务,为新时代专业课程思政体系的构建与我国食品安全现状的改善提供理论指导和实践借鉴.
Abstract
The course"Introduction to Health Food"plays a vital role in improving students' professional ethics and humanistic qualities.Based on the characteristics of the curriculum and the characteristics of the students,this paper discusses the new teaching mode of integrating the ideological and political elements of the curriculum into the whole teaching process under the principle of"four-ring curriculum",enriching teaching activities and optimizing the evaluation system of the ideological and political aspects of the curriculum,so as to give full play to the function of the ideological and political education of the curriculum and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.It provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction of the ideological and political system of professional courses in the new era and the improvement of the current situation of food safety in China.
