Focusing on the educational positioning of our college as an"application-oriented higher medical education institution"and the"high-level application-oriented"food professionals cultivating goal,from the three dimensions of"knowledge-ability-ideology and politics"teaching objectives,adhering to the principle of"food bearing the mission,conduct being healthy,poison working as a mirror,theory integrating with practice,learning in order to apply",the teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation were optimized through the"5E"hybrid teaching model of"Engagement,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration and Evaluation",finally to realize the teaching goal of knowledge exploration,ability cultivation and value guidance for"Food Toxicology"course.This model can continuously improve the teaching quality and learning effect of students,and meet the application demand of food quality and safety professionals in society.
