摘要
实验教学是"食品试验优化设计"课程教学的一个非常重要的环节.本文主要从实验内容构建、教学软件选择以及实验教学方法改革等几个方面探索并总结了课程实验教学过程中的一些有效方法,以期为进一步提高"食品试验优化设计"及相似课程实验教学效果提供一定参考.
Abstract
Experimental teaching is an important part of"Food Experiment Design"course teaching.This article mainly explored and summarized some effective methods in the process of course experimental teaching from the aspects of constructing experimental content,selecting teaching software,and reforming experimental teaching methods.We hope that they could be certain reference to further improve the experiment teaching effect of"Food Experiment Design"course and other similar courses.
