摘要

为筛选适用于液体发酵的高活性菌株.通过观察5个菌株菌落形态,比较5个菌株菌丝体的收率及腺苷、甘露醇、总氨基酸和粗多糖含量.结果发现:T1菌株菌丝体收率和甘露醇含量最高,T5菌株腺苷、总氨基酸和粗多糖含量最高.灰色关联度法分析表明,T5菌株综合表现最优,可作为发酵优选菌株.

Abstract

To screen highly active strains suitable for liquid fermentation of Hirsutella hepiali.By observing the morphology,and comparing the mycelia yield,adenosine,mannitol,total amino acids,and crude polysaccharide content of 5 strains.The results showed that the mycelia yield and mannitol content were the highest in T1 strain,and the content of adenosine,total amino acid and crude polysaccharide were the highest in T5 strain.The gray correlation analysis showed that T5 strain had the best comprehensive characters and could be used as the optimal strain for fermentation.
