本文研究9个胶原蛋白肽的溶解度、羟脯氨酸含量、肽相对分子量和促进人真皮成纤维细胞生长功效四个方面的特性,为开发人真皮成纤维细胞生长的生物活性胶原蛋白肽功能性饮品提供参考.
Abstract
This article studies the solubility,hydroxyproline content,relative molecular weight of 9 collagen peptides,and their effects on promoting the growth of human dermal fibroblasts,providing reference for the development of bioactive collagen peptide drinks for the growth of human dermal fibroblasts.
