Determination of 9 Synthetic Colorants in Meat and Meat Products by Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography
A solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of nine water-soluble synthetic colorants in meat and meat products. The method used extraction with ammonian-acetonitrile-aqueous solution(1∶70∶29,v/v/v),solid phase extraction column for enrichment and cleanup, and multi-wavelength detection to analyze. In meat and meat products, nine water-soluble synthetic colorants had good linear relationships at the concentrations of 0.1~10 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient R2>0.9999,the limits of detection were 0.02~0.20 mg/kg,the recoveries were 75.0%~103.3%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.10%~1.73%.The results showed that the method was simple in pre-treatment,high in the separation and recovery of various pigments, accurate in detection results, and good in experimental reproducibility.
