"发酵工程"创新设计和自主参与式实验教学模式的探索

"发酵工程"是生物类专业的核心课程,在教学上,应注重对学生理论基础与实践应用能力的培养.本研究以"促使学生乐学好学"的创新教学理念指引,对"发酵工程"实验教学进行改革.通过开设自主设计实验项目,调整授课模式,将基础理论知识的学习与综合创新能力的培养有机结合,最大限度提升学生的主观能动性和树立创新协作精神,扭转传统实验教学模式的困境,提高"发酵工程"课程的实验教学质量.
Exploration of the Innovative Design and Independent Participatory Experimental Teaching Mode of"Fermentation Engineering"
"Fermentation Engineering"is the core course of biology majors,and the teaching should emphasize the cultivation of students'theoretical foundation and practical application ability.In this study,the"Fermentation Engineering"experiment teaching was reformed under the guidance of the innovative teaching concept of"promoting students enjoy learning and studious".By setting up self-designed experimental projects and adjusting the teaching mode,the learning of basic theoretical knowledge can be organically combined with the cultivation of comprehensive innovation ability,to maximize the subjective initiative and build an innovative cooperative spirit of students,reverse the dilemma of the traditional experimental teaching mode,and improve the quality of experimental teaching in the course"Fermentation Engineering".
