Rapid Detection of Oil Content in Idesia polycarpa Based on Low Field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
In order to determine the feasibility of using low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology for the rapid detection of oil content in Idesia polycarpa seeds, with the aim of achieving accurate and efficient results while reducing costs. The results obtained from the low-field NMR detection method were analyzed and compared with those of the soxhlet extraction method for determining the oil content in Idesia polycarpa seeds. The precision and stability of the low-field NMR detection method were also evaluated. The results indicated that the fitting correlation coefficient of the calibration curve for low-field nuclear magnetic resonance detection is greater than 0.999 9,and the absolute deviation range of the results of the two detection methods was between 0.04%and 1.40%,and the relative deviation range was between 0.15%and 9.86%.Therefore,this method exhibits good precision and stability. In conclusion,low-field NMR technology can be effectively applied in the detection of oil content in Idesia polycarpa seeds, offering the advantages of accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
