Application and Effect Evaluation of Task-driven Teaching Method in Experiment Teaching of"Food Technology"in Medical Colleges
The application and effect evaluation of task-driven teaching method in the experimental teaching for the students of the food quality and safety major in medical colleges were discussed.Through a questionnaire survey,the effect of the task-driven teaching method and traditional teaching method on"Food Technology"experiment teaching of food quality and safety majors from Guangzhou Medical University were evaluated respectively.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the application of task-driven teaching method in the experiment teaching of"Food Technology"is more conducive to students'understanding of relevant course theoretical knowledge and improving of professional comprehensive abilities.
