Research on Teaching Content Reform and Practice of"Food Standards and Regulations"Course in Vocational Undergraduate College
Based on the actual job responsibilities and typical work tasks,reconstruct the boring,scattered and abstract food standards and laws and regulations in the course of"Food Standards and Regulations",proposing a task-driven,project-based learning teaching content system,and aligning the course content with the positions,vocational skills competitions,and"1+X"certificates of food industry enterprises.At the same time,combined with the talent training mode of our school,which is"paying attention to morality,understanding food rules,strengthening food skills,being innovative and connecting with the international",we should integrate ideological and political elements,highlight value guidance,realize the organic integration of"morality,rules and technology",and improve students'food quality and safety management level,so as to meet the needs of economic and social development in the new era and realize the goal of talent training.
