Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of"Food Additives"under the Background of New Engineering and Engineering Certification
With the increase in the requirements for educational reform and engineering certification in the context of new engineering disciplines,the position of ideological and political education in engineering curriculum is becoming more and more important."Food Additives"is the core course of food science and engineering majors,the introduction of ideological and political education promotes engineering courses to pay more attention to humanistic care and social responsibility,helps to cultivate students'comprehensive quality and social awareness,and makes them meet the requirements of engineering certification.In this paper,we took the course"Food Additives"as an example to explore how to integrate the ideological and political education into engineering courses to cultivate students'innovative awareness,ideological and moral quality and social responsibility.
