Exploration of Teaching Reform in"Food Microbiology"Course——Based on the Teaching Concept of"Three Integrations"
To address the challenges of rapid development in the field of food microbiology,disconnection between students'theoretical knowledge and practical application,and lack of innovation ability,our course team has implemented innovative reforms and teaching practices in the"Food Microbiology"course.This includes introducing the concept of"Three Integrations",which combines ideological and political education with academic content,integrates scientific research into classroom activities,and connects the food industry with professional teaching.Through the following measures:designing a complete course system;introducing ideological and political education into the course;innovating classroom teaching methods;emphasizing the quality of experimental teaching;building a scientific research innovation platform;increasing assessment and examination methods,we have carried out innovative teaching reforms on the course,achieved good teaching results,and met the requirements of talent cultivation goals.
