Taking"Horticultural Product Storage and Processing"as the research and application object,adhering to the student-centered,Outcome-based education teaching philosophy and teaching reform goals,with"From Horticultural Product Basic Knowledge to Practical Application"as the main line,optimizing the teaching content,reconstructing the knowledge system into three modules:"Cognitive Horticultural Products-Training Skills-Application Skills",and integrating"Ideological and Political Education with Course Content,Scientific Research with Classroom Learning,Regional Industry with Professional Teaching",reflecting the multi-level talent cultivation of the course"Basic Knowledge-Ability Enhancement-Practical Application";Establishing a curriculum evaluation system centered on"Continuous Improvement"has achieved effective evaluation of student knowledge,thinking,and abilities,explored a multi-level teaching model of"One Line Three Integration",and empowered the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in the horticulture major.
