摘要
为全面加强农村食品安全监管,开展了乡镇食品安全"穿透式"监管的探索.多部门联合对乡镇食品安全全链条多环节进行实地调查、风险分级、抽检监测、民意调查等"穿透式"研究分析试点乡镇的食品安全总体情况,发现食品安全部门在协调配合、种养殖、食品生产经营等方面存在的不足之处.在监管能力建设、食品生产经营主体责任等方面提出了具体的对策与建议.
Abstract
In order to comprehensively strengthen the supervision of countryside food safety,the exploration of"Throughout"supervision of food safety in townships has been innovatively carried out.Multiple departments have conducted joint on-site investigation,risk classification,inspections and monitoring,public opinion survey and other"Throughout"research and analysis on the overall situation of food safety in pilot townships in the entire chain of food safety.The loopholes and problems in the coordination and cooperation of food safety departments,planting and breeding,food production and operation were found.Specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in terms of regulatory capacity development,main responsibility of food production and operation,and others.
