Uncertainty Evaluation of Benzo(a)pyrene Determination in Puffed Food by Molecular Imprinting Solid-Phase Extraction-HPLC
This paper established an uncertainty analysis method for the determination of benzo(a)pyrene residues in puffed food by molecular imprinting solid-phase extraction-HPLC.The sample was extracted with n-hexane and then cleaned by molecular imprinting column, after the concentration and constant volume,it was quantitative analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence(HPLC-FL).Based on the uncertainty evaluation criteria, the source of uncertainty in the detection progress of benzo(a)pyrene in puffed food was analyzed, meanwhile, the synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty of the detection results were determined. This method provides the reference significance for improving the accuracy of detection result.
