时代的发展对新工科人才创新创业能力培养提出更高要求,需要更多的专业应用型创新人才.针对人才创新能力的培养需求,立足该校食品质量与安全专业的培养目标和创新创业实践现状,从师资团队、教学方式及实践条件等方面探索适合新建本科应用型高校发展,符合行业需求,利于创新思维建设的新工科人才多元化创新能力培养模式,提高了食品质量与安全专业学生的社会适应度与竞争力.通过理论总结形成一套可复制、能推广的创新培养教育模式,以期提供有效参考.
Exploration and Practice of the Training Mode of New Engineering Talents'Diversified Innovation Ability from the Perspective of High Quality Development
The development of the times puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of new engineering talents,and requires more professional and application-oriented innovative talents.In view of the training needs of talents innovation ability,based on the training objectives and the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship practice of this school's food quality and safety major,from the aspects of faculty team,teaching methods,and practical conditions,a diversified innovation ability training mode was explored for new engineering talents that is suitable for the development of newly established undergraduate application-oriented universities,meets the industry demand,and is conducive to the construction of innovative thinking,so as to improve the social adaptability and competitiveness of food quality and safety major students.Through theoretical summary,a set of replicable and promotable innovation training education model was formed,with a view to provide effective reference.
