"食品微生物检验"是面向食品类专业专科学生开设的一门实践操作性较强的专业基础课程,学生已经学习了"食品微生物学"课程,能从宏观方面认识当今食品微生物学研究的方向,并已掌握了相关理论知识.为进一步提升学生的岗位适应能力,该课程打破理论与实践的壁垒,将原课程内容重组开发新型活页式教材,教学时将岗位中真实案例再现课堂,建立形成性综合评价体系,旨在培养学生的实操能力及综合素养,同时也为其他课程的教学改革提供参考.
Exploration and Practice of the Teaching Reform in the Course of"Food Microbiological Testing"Based on the Position Requirement under the New Engineering Background
"Food Microbiological Testing"is a practical major basic course designed for food major vocational students.The students have studied the course of"Food Microbiology"and are able to understand the current research direction of food microbiology from a macroscopic aspect,along with relevant theoretical knowledge.To further enhance students'position adaptability,this course aims to break the barrier between theory and practice,restructuring the original course content into a new modular format that incorporates real-world scenarios from the position into classroom instruction.It also introduces a formative and comprehensive assessment system to develop students'practical skills and comprehensive quality,meanwhile,offering insights for teaching reforms in other courses.
