"Food Microbiological Testing"is a practical major basic course designed for food major vocational students.The students have studied the course of"Food Microbiology"and are able to understand the current research direction of food microbiology from a macroscopic aspect,along with relevant theoretical knowledge.To further enhance students'position adaptability,this course aims to break the barrier between theory and practice,restructuring the original course content into a new modular format that incorporates real-world scenarios from the position into classroom instruction.It also introduces a formative and comprehensive assessment system to develop students'practical skills and comprehensive quality,meanwhile,offering insights for teaching reforms in other courses.
