Research on the Training Strategy of Internationalized Sports Talents Facing ASEAN Sports Exchange and Cooperation
Deepening sports exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN countries is an important project to implement the strategy of sports power which international sports talents provide intellectual guarantee and support.Using methods such as literature review and on-site investigation,objectively grasp the current situation of talent shortage in fields such as China ASEAN sports competitions,sports industry,and sports cultural exchange,and propose corresponding training strategies.The study found that the problems of imprecise goals,imperfect systems and lack of support seriously affected the quality of talent training.In this regard,this research proposed the strategies of strengthening the top-level design,accurate target positioning,perfecting the curriculum system,broadening the practical training platform,strengthening the construction of teachers and perfecting the quality assurance system.
