基于文献计量学和可视化分析心电监控运动强度的研究现状

以2000年以来Web of Science数据库有关"心电监控运动强度"主题的249篇文献记录为研究对象,利用CiteSpace可视化软件对相关数据进行分析,梳理了近23年心电监控运动强度研究的发文量、国家/地区分布、研究热点以及演化趋势,以分析心电监控运动强度领域的进展和发展方向.本研究显示:(1)心电监控运动强度研究的年发文数量呈波浪式增长趋势,且近5年的增长幅度较大;(2)国家/地区分布广泛,但主要集中在美国、英国、德国等欧美发达国家/地区;(3)该领域研究热点逐渐从人体疾病症状转移到身体活动,从医学应用转移到体育应用.目前的资料显示,运动心电监控是运动训练和运动健身领域的热点技术之一.满足不同人群的不同需求,更好地服务大众,将是该技术未来发展的大势所趋.
Research Status of ECG Monitoring Exercise Intensity Based on Bibliometrics and Visualization Analysis
Using the Visualization software of CiteSpace,249 literature records that are selected from Web of Science database by having a subject related to"ECG exercise intensity monitoring"since the year of 2000,are analyzed for literature quantity,regions,trends,and developments.Our study concludes:(1)The number of articles published in the field of ECG exercise intensity monitoring shows a wave-like growth trend which has increased significantly within the last 5 years;(2)Various regions have distributed,but mainly focused inside USA,UK and German speaking countries;(3)The research hotspots in this field have gradually shifted from human diseases and symptoms to physical activities,and from clinical applications to sport and wellness applications.Current data show that exercise ECG monitoring is one hot technology in sports training and wellness.To meet the different needs of different people and better serve the public will be the general trend of the future development of this technology
