The security of campus football talent cultivation in senior middle schools is a practical problem that must be faced in the course of campus football talent cultivation in China at present.In this study,literature method,Delphi method,expert interview method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods were used.We build the concept of talent cultivating support,guarantee,coaches ability safeguard,school students to participate in internal environment and external environment support,five primary school 20 secondary evaluation index and evaluation index,73 level 3 assessment indexes of senior middle school in chongqing campus football talent cultivating security work evaluation index system,and to determine index weight at all levels,To achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the football talent training and security work in chongqing senior middle schools.Provide a reference for the inspection of the national high school campus football talent training and guarantee work level
