The influence of College Students'learning burnout on self-efficacy:the intermediary effect of physical exercise
In order to explore the influence of College Students'learning burnout on self-efficacy,and to study the intermediary effect of physical exercise.The author uses lbus,GSEs and rars-3 to investigate and analyze 778 college students.The results show that:college students have better self-efficacy,but the situation of learning burnout and physical exercise is not good.In the two variables of physical exercise and self-efficacy,boys and girls There are significant differences in physical exercise and learning burnout between boys and girls.Learning burnout is negatively correlated with physical exercise and self-efficacy,while physical exercise is positively correlated with self-efficacy.The regression results show that the regression effect of learning burnout on self-efficacy and physical exercise is significant.The regression effect of learning burnout on self-efficacy is significant on the basis of physical exercise.Physical exercise is part of the intermediary effect,accounting for 7.00%of the total variable.The fitting degree of SEM model is suitable,which verifies the partial intermediary effect of physical exercise.
