Plights and Solution on the Research on Professional Standards of P.E.Teachers
The professional standard of teachers,which is regarded as an important path of teacher professionalization,has become a hot issue for educational circles.The studies on the professional standards of P.E.teachers have been concerned by the circle of physical education.From the perspective of reflection,this article reviews and reflects the theoretical basis of P.E.teachers'professional standards and itself,and proposes possible development directions to provide reference for the professional development of P.E.teachers.
