Protective Effects and Molecular Mechanisms of Exercise on Reducing Myocardial Complications Induced by type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the important causes of death in type 2 diabetes mellitus, which was closely related to the glycolipid metabolism disorder and insulin resistance.Exercise is an important non-drug treatment for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. The mechanism under exercise-induced cardiovascular protection is probably related to the endogenous protective effect. The researches on mechanisms of early myocardial remodeling induced by type 2 diabetes were summed up in this article.Meanwhile,we summarized the protective effects and molecular mechanisms of exercise-induced cardioprotection of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
