Research on the Effect and Intensity of Motion Sensing Games Under Teenagers
Objective:To explore the influence of motion games in young state mode on the heart rate and exercise intensity of adolescents,and to explore the effect of motion games in young state mode.Methods:this study recruited 20 people aged range from 12 to 22 years old,BMI are completed in the normal range of the subjects involved in A group of motion sensing game which called"Ring Fit Adventure"and group B of motion sensing game which called"Just Dance",using Mac 1200 monitor to detect the heart rate data,including the resting heart rate and maximum heart rate,games,the average heart rate,and with reference to the exercise intensity zoning to detect two motion sensing games'effect,and gender groups and contrast difference of motion under the body feeling game.Results:There were no significant differences in the P values of resting heart rate,maximum heart rate and average game heart rate of male and female groups in group A,which P value were 0.592,0.545,0.982 and 0.601,respectively.In the experiment of group B,P values of the resting heart rate,maximum heart rate and average game heart rate of the male and female groups were 0.985,0.908,0.018 and 0.006,respectively,and there were significant differences between the average game heart rate and the maximum game heart rate.In terms of exercise intensity,both men and women in Group A and Group B were in the moderate intensity region of 50%~69%.Conclusion:Motion sensing games in group A/B can provide moderate exercise effect.From the perspective of average heart rate and maximum heart rate,there are significant differences between men and women in group B who play dance games.From the perspective of average heart rate data,Motion sensing games can achieve certain exercise effect.
