Analysis of the Movement Arrangement Characteristics and Competitive Strength of the Horizontal Bar Events at the 51st Gymnastics World Championships
By using the methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the horizontal bar final of the 51st World Gymnastics Championships.According to the new rules of the Paris Olympic cycle,this paper tries to understand the development trend of horizontal bar,and provides suggestions for the Chinese men's gymnastics team to improve the competitive strength on this apparatus.The study shows that:(1)Elite athletes have different sets of movements,but they all show their competitive strengths according to different understanding of the rules.(2)The use of four element groups of horizontal bar is not balanced.The flight elements have developed into the main movement of the horizontal bar.The in bar and Adler elements increased significantly compared to the Tokyo Olympic cycle.There will be a lot of effective connection between in bar,Adler and flight elements,as well as the triple flight of Tkatchev elements and other difficult combos of flight elements in the future competition.(3)The joint development of difficulty and quality is the fundamental guarantee of winning.It is difficult to stand on the top podium with single development.
