免费增值模式下社会力量支持校园足球的路径、问题与改进

免费增值是指商家用免费的产品或服务吸引用户,积聚人气,然后推出收费的产品或服务,将部分免费用户转化为付费用户,以实现持久获利.运用实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法,对免费增值模式下社会力量支持校园足球的实践路径、主要问题和改进路径进行研究.结果发现:免费增值模式下社会力量支持校园足球的实践路径是,俱乐部免费为学生提供足球课堂教学、校队训练、校内竞赛等服务,与学生建立联系,然后推出收费的课外足球培训,并动员学生参加培训,以赚取合理利润,来维持自我生存及业务的可持续发展;个别俱乐部实践中存在的问题是,校园足球目标偏离和异化,影响教育公平,干扰学生课外活动,违规经营.提出改进路径:加强宣传教育,加大督查力度,俱乐部转变操作思路,合理开发利用场地.
The path,Problems and Improvement of Social Forces Supporting Campus Football Under the Free Value-added Mode
Free value-added means that businesses attract users with free products or services,accumulate popularity,and then launch charged products or services to convert some free users into paying users,so as to achieve lasting profiits.Using the research methods of field investigation and interview,this paper studies the practical path,main problems and improvement path of social forces supporting campus football under the free value-added mode.The results show that the practice path of social forces supporting campus football under the free value-added mode is that the club provides students with football classroom teaching,school team training,school competition and other services for free,establishes contact with students,then launches paid extracurricular football training,and mobilizes students to participate in training,so as to earn reasonable profits to maintain self survival and sustainable business development;The problems existing in the practice of individual clubs are that the goal of campus football deviates and alienates,affects educational fairness,interferes with students'extracurricular activities,and operates in violation of regulations.Put forward the improvement path:strengthen publicity and education,strengthen supervision,change the operation idea of the club,and reasonably develop and utilize the site.
