Research on Innovative Path of Curriculum Reform and Practice for Sports Anatomy in Winter Sports Major in Chinese Universities in the Post-Beijing Winter Olympics Era
Objectives:This study aims to explore the reform and practical measures of the Sports Anatomy course in Winter Sports majors in Chinese universities in the post-Beijing Winter Olympics era,and to promote students'professional quality cultivation.Methods:Through surveys and interviews,the study analyzed the learning status and existing problems of students majoring in winter sports,and referred to the curriculum reform experience of high-level universities at home and abroad.Results:Three aspects of curriculum reform for Sports Anatomy in winter sports majors were proposed:(1)updating the course content and strengthening application orientation;(2)optimizing teaching methods and using case-based teaching and flipped classroom models;(3)innovating practical methods and adopting multiple practice such as training camps.Conclusion:The reform and practice of Sports Anatomy course in winter sports majors in Chinese universities can stimulate students'learning motivation,improve the practicality of the course,and enhance students'professional capacity and quality.
