大学生体育锻炼、体像与社交焦虑的关系研究

人际沟通问题导致的社会紧张已成为影响大学生心理健康的主要原因,在重视大学生体质的同时也要关注其对自身体像的认识和人际关系问题。研究探讨体育锻炼、体像与社交焦虑三者的现状,对研究数据进行统计分析,并以此为基础,提出改善大学生社交焦虑问题的建议。结果显示:大学生对自己体像大多呈负面评价,而体育锻炼集中则在小强度的运动量,且在男女上也体现出了显著性差异,男生的运动量比女生多;大多数大学生存在社交焦虑,而且焦虑程度偏高,处于中等偏高水平;女生的社交焦虑较男生更为严重。体育锻炼活动量与体像及社交焦虑有着显著性相关,大学生的体育运动量与其社交焦虑呈反向相关;自身体像评价越好,其社交焦虑越少。参与体育运动量更多,社交焦虑越少。研究表明,大学生需要得到家庭及学校的共同帮助,通过让学生积极参加体育锻炼从而使其对自身的体像满意度程度加深,减少自卑情绪,帮助大学生更好地改变自身来降低其社交焦虑的水平。
Research on the Relationship among Physical Exercise,Body Image and Social Anxiety of College Students
Social tensions caused by communication problems have already become a major factor in the psychological health of college students,while attaching importance to college students'physique,we should also pay attention to their understanding of self-body image and interpersonal relationship.To study the current situation of sports,body image and social unrest.And statistical analysis of research data,Noticeable differences also appear between men and women.,boys have more momentum than girls.Most college students have social anxiety,and the anxiety level is very high,at a moderately high level.The social anxiety of girls is more serious than that of a boys.Exercise is obviously related to body image and social anxiety.Physical exercise is inversely related to social anxiety.The better self-image evaluation,the less social anxiety.The more you take part in sports,the less social anxiety,The research results show that college students need help from their families,and they need help from their schools.By making students actively participate in physical exercise,they can deepen their satisfaction with their own body image,reduce their inferiority complex,and help college students change themselves better to reduce their social anxiety level.
