Practical Exploration,Problem Reflection and Promotion Path of Community Sports Governance in Beijing
Community is not only an important field of national governance,but also a micro platform of mass sports governance in China,which has important strategic value.By means of social survey and literature research,this paper combs,summarizes and reflects on the formation background,development process,practical exploration and existing problems of community sports governance in Beijing,and then completes the construction of its promotion path.The results show that the administrative power is the original power to promote the development of community sports in Beijing,and the gradual rise of self-organization power promotes the improvement of community sports governance structure.The"establishment"work in different periods constitutes an important carrier of community sports governance in Beijing,and the implementation of the reform of collaborative governance pattern and governance platform adjustment constitutes the specific practice of community sports governance in Beijing.The results show that there are some problems in the governance of community sports in Beijing,such as insufficient coordination among departments,poor working mechanism and insufficient vitality of social organizations.Promoting the reconstruction of community sports organization system and stimulating the endogenous power of community sports development are the basic ways to practice the governance of community sports in Beijing.
