摘要
西汉"儒家宗"董仲舒结合阴阳学说重新阐发了儒家思想,使其成为中国社会思想的正统,《春秋繁露》集中反映了董学思想的精粹.该著作的英语译者以汉学家为主,译者对其学术探索逐渐超越个人志趣,董学研究专家的投入使译文更加呈现学术化的特征.作为典籍外译的一个缩影,《春秋繁露》英译史在翻译主体、翻译受众和翻译策略上为当下推进中国典籍的跨文化传播提供了借鉴.
Abstract
Dong Zhongshu,master of Confucianism in the Western Han Dynasty,explained Confucianism from the perspective of ying-yang school,making it the orthodox in Chinese social thought and the essence of Dong's thoughts can be found in Chunqiu Fanlu.This book is mainly translated by sinologists and the translators'academic exploration increasingly weight more than personal interests.In addition,translations of the book by experts in Dong's thoughts tend to be more academic.As a case of the translation of ancient Chinese classics,the English translation history of Chunqiu Fanlu also provides some references for current cross-cultural communication of Chinese classics in terms of translators,target readers and translation strategies.
